ヘルスケアや予防の領域では、その施策として広告や、キャンペーンといった手法も、重要な介入手段の1つになります。 こうした、啓発事業での様々なクリエイティブを、企画から制作まで担える事もPHCの強みです。 特に医療系の広告では、レギュレーションへの対応も重要な課題となります。 ある大手企業がヘルスケアサービスのテレビCMを検討した際に、PHCではクリエイティブメンバーが動画の企画・制作を実施し、ヘルスケアメンバーがクライアントの要望に対してレギュレーション対応に必要となる対応事項のチェックを行い、CMの全体に携わりました。 このCMは、地上波だけでなく、電車の車両の中でも放映され、クライアントからも高く評価されました。 PHCは、専門的な知見と、クリエイティブを融合しながら、テレビCMなども含めた普及啓発を実現します。

データを利活用する際に、パブリックヘルス分野の疫学的な知見と、専門的な統計ソフトを用いた解析能力は強力なツールとなります。 PHCではビッグデータの活用について、統計的手法やAIの専門家が活躍しており、システム構築に関するネットワークも有しています。 ある大手企業が、健康経営施策の１つとしてウェアラブル端末を導入した際に、私たちはそのデータの抽出とクリーニング、集計と結果の閲覧画面の作成を行いました。 このプロジェクトでは、歩数や睡眠などのカテゴリごとに、それぞれ代表的な変数が複数存在する中から、注目すべき変数の優先順位について助言し、注目する変数について必要な代表値の算出を行い、それらを観察したい単位で表示するシステムを構築し、健康経営の指標の整備に携わりました。 このシステムによって、ウェアラブル端末のデータを個人の意識の啓発に活かすだけでなく、組織の現状把握にも活用出来るようになりました。 PHCは、疫学的知見と、高度な解析能力から得られる情報を、顧客が利用可能なシステムとして提供します。

パブリックヘルス・イシュー（公衆衛生上の課題）を解決するためには、現状を把握するための全国調査などの実態調査や、有効な介入手法を検討するための事例調査や文献レビューといった、調査が重要な手法の１つになります。 PHCではこうした各種の調査を学術的なレベルで実施し、結果をグラントの報告書や、デザイン性の高いホワイトペーパーなどに取りまとめています。 厚生労働省がストレスチェックの好事例を調査する際に、PHCは大手シンクタンクと協業し、関連する文献の調査、調査項目の設計、インタビュー調査のファインディングスの分類、報告書のデザインテンプレートの作成などを担当しました。 このプロジェクトでは文献調査での効率的な文献収集や、質問紙調査の記述統計の出力のためにプログラムを作成したり、報告書の概要版のために各種デザインのテンプレートの作成を実施しました。 PHCは、政策の意思決定や、現場での活用に役立つ知見を掘り起こす調査を行っています。
Research-Driven Insights for Public Health Solutions
Addressing public health issues requires solid evidence—through large-scale surveys to understand current conditions, and case studies or literature reviews to explore effective interventions. At PHC, we conduct such research at an academic level and deliver insights through grant reports, visually compelling white papers, and more.
In a government-led project to identify best practices in workplace stress checks, PHC collaborated with a major think tank to conduct literature reviews, design survey items, analyze interview findings, and create design templates for the final report.
We also developed custom programs for efficient literature collection and descriptive statistics, and created design assets for report summaries.
